I just wanted to express my thanks for the work you did in assessing my ankles, making up a set of custom orthotics and recommending appropriate shoes for my situation earlier this year.
When I came to you, I mentioned that I couldn’t run 200m without pain. I’m pleased to report that after 3 months of slowly and carefully increasing running distance, I was able to run 10km on the weekend without pain during or after the activity. Being able to run again has a big positive impact on my quality of life, so a big thank you for enabling that.
